Wichita Surrealfilm and Green ART Festival #1 OCTOBER 9 – 16- 2009
Film Submission
• Shorts Films must be no longer than fifteen (15) minutes in length, including titles and credits.
• Films must be in English or have English Subtitles.
• Filmmakers are required to be 18 years of age and older.
Entry Requirements
*Early Bird Special: $10.00 Thru September 7, 2009
*Fee for shorts film submission: $15.00 (U.S)
*Student Submissions: $10.00 (U.S)
Fees are payable by Bank Certified or International Money Order ONLY, made payable to Commerce Gallery. Films submitted MUST arrive with shipping and customs duties or taxes pre-paid. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.
Submission Requirements
Films must be accompanied by a completed entry form (printed or typed) and signed copy of the terms and conditions for entry.
Films must be submitted in DVD format. Copies submitted will not be returned.
All DVD copies must be labeled with the title of the entry, name and contact number of the director. Commerce Gallery will not responsible for lost or damaged materials in transit. DVD copies will not be returned
Commerce Gallery reserves the right to remove films from showing .
Selection and Notification
All entry films will be viewed by selection committee. Winners will be will be notified via email, and the winners will be announced on September 25th, 2009. 1st place-Regional = $100 , 2nd place = $50, 3rd place = $25

TUESDAY AND FRIDAY -7-9 THEREAFTER

WORK MUST BE – Predominately - (but not all) GREEN IN COLOR

Submit 10$ per entry (i.e a triptych Is 3 pieces and counts as such). Please be sure the following information is attached:
Your Name,Title of the piece, Medium, Price and a E-MAIL & Contact Number.
Commerce Gallery reserve’s the right to reject any work for any reason.
